\u00a0<\/strong>General provisions.<\/strong><\/p>

  1. These privacy rules are regulated by The company UAB \u201eSilver Amber” e-shops www.amberwithsilver.com<\/a> (hereinafter seller) and the procedure and principles of collecting, processing and storing the main data of the buyer and \/ or visitor of this e \u2013 shop (hereinafter \u2013 customer\u2018s).<\/li>
  2. The collection processing and storage of the client\u2019s personal data is established by these privacy rules, the Law on Legal Protection on Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts.<\/li>
  3. By submitting your personal data to the Seller, you agree that the Seller will manage and process them for the purposes, means and procedures provided for in these privacy rules and legal acts.<\/li>
  4. The Seller follows the following basic principles of personal data processing:<\/li><\/ol>

    4.1. The Personal data is collected for defined and legitimate purposes.<\/p>

    4.2. The Personal data is processed accurately and fairly.<\/p>

    4.3. The Personal data is processed lawfully only in cases where:<\/p>

    4.3.1. The data subject gives consent, agrees to abide by the privacy and purchasing rules;<\/p>

    4.3.2. A contract is concluded or executed when one of the parties is a data subject;<\/p>

    4.3.3. The Seller is obliged to process personal data is accordance with the law:<\/p>

    4.3.4. The Personal data must be processed for the legitimate interest of the seller or the third party to whom the personal data are provided and if the interests of the data subject are not overriding.<\/p>

    4.4. The Personal data is constantly updated.<\/p>

    4.5. The Personal data will be stored for no longer than required by the established purposes of data processing and legal acts.<\/p>

    4.6. The personal data is processed only by employees who have been granted such a right.<\/p>

    4.7. The all information about the personal data processed is confidential.<\/p>

    1. You can use the services of the seller:<\/li><\/ol>

      5.1. The all able \u2013 bodied natural persons not less than 18 years of age.<\/p>

      5.2. Minors between the ages of 14 and 18 \u2013 only with the consent of their parents, adoptive parents or guardians, except in cases when they have their own earnings or scholarship at their disposal.<\/p>

      5.3. Legal persons acting through their representatives of all the above persons.<\/p>

      1. The Seller uses cookies on its website, on the Customer\u2019s computer or on a smart device in order to offer the Costumer full services. The seller uses this information to identify the Customer as a previous user of the website and to collect statistics on website traffic. The Customer may at any time review the information (cookies) used by the Seller and may delete some or all of the stored cookies. The Customer also has the right to object to the storage and use of information (cookies) on his computer or smart device, but in such a case some functions of the website may not be available to the Customer or may not work properly. We assume that by using the Seller\u2019s online infrastructure, the Customer agrees to the recording of information on his computer or smart device. The costumer may revoke his consent at any time by changing the settings of his web browser or by contacting the Seller with only contacts posted on the website.<\/li><\/ol>

        II. The Collection, processing storage of the personal data.<\/strong><\/p>

        1. The customer\u2019s personal data (name, surname, age, address, telephone number, e-mail address and other information specified in the e-shop registration form) is collected and processed for the following purposes:<\/li><\/ol>

          7.1. The Process orders for the Customer\u2019s goods.<\/p>

          7.2. Issue financial documents (ex: invoices).<\/p>

          7.3. To solve problems related to the presentation and \/ or delivery of goods.<\/p>

          7.4. Fulfill other contractual obligations.<\/p>

          7.5. For direct marketing purposes.<\/p>

          1. During the registration in the e-shop, the seller asks the Customer to provide complete and correct personal data. The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the submitted data.<\/li>
          2. The Seller, when processing and storing the Customer\u2019s personal data, implements organizational and technical measures that ensure the protection of personal data from accidental or unlawful destruction, alteration, disclosure, as well as from any other unlawful processing.<\/li>
          3. The Seller may use for statistical purposes data provided by the Customer that are not directly related to his person, data on the acquired goods, their quantities, price, etc. Such statistics will be collected and processed in a manner that does not allow the disclousure of the Customer\u2019s personal identity or other personal data that could be used to identify the person.<\/li><\/ol>

            III Transfer of personal data to third parties. <\/strong><\/p>

            1. The Seller reserves the right to transfer information to third parties:<\/li><\/ol>

              11.1 Only for the purposes mentioned in Paragraphs 4 and 6 of these rules;<\/p>

              11.2. Only in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.<\/p>

              IV. Modification or updating of personal data<\/strong><\/p>

              12. The Client has the right to change and \/ or update the data and information provided in the registration form at any time or to remove it by canceling the registration.<\/p>

              V. Transmission of information or claims<\/strong><\/p>

              1. The customer who has allowed the processing of his personal data has the right to:<\/li><\/ol>

                13.1. Require the rectification, destruction of your personal data or the suspension, expect for storage, of the processing of your personal data when the data is processed in violation of these rules and other provisions of law;<\/p>

                13.2. do not consent to the processing of his personal data.<\/p>

                1. The Seller, having received the Customer\u2019s request for the processing of personal data, must provide a response no later than within 3 calendar days from the date of the request. Only requests for the processing of personal data that are submitted in writing (by e-mail: baltijosgintaras@gmail.com) are considered.<\/li><\/ol>

                  VI. Changing the Privacy Policy<\/strong><\/p>

                  15. The provisions of the Privacy Rules are reviewed and updated in the light of changes in the legislation governing the processing of personal data and the use of information and communication technologies.<\/p>
