However, if the opposite happens, you can return the unsuitable item or replace it with another one according to the rules below.<\/p>

  1. Terms of return of goods:<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

    1.2. The buyer may return the goods before the expiration of the exchange or return period.<\/p>

    1.3. Goods to be exchanged or returned must be in perfect condition.<\/p>

    1.4. In order to return or exchange the goods, it is necessary to submit a VAT invoice and a completed exchange or return form.\u00a0Return the form to download by clicking here.<\/a><\/p>

    1. Return rules:<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

      2.1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase and sale agreement concluded in the online store with the Seller by notifying the Seller in writing within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods.<\/p>

      2.2. The Buyer must submit a notice to the Seller by e-mail: baltijosgintaras@gmail.com, which would include:<\/p>

      2.2.1. A wish is expressed to withdraw from the sales contract, stating the reason and the specific product and requesting a refund or replacement of the product.<\/p>

      2.2.2. Indicate the account to which the Buyer wishes to receive a refund.<\/p>

      2.2.3. A document confirming the purchase of the goods from the Seller is attached.<\/p>

      2.3. The Buyer must send the goods to the Seller by registered mail or by courier service at the address \u0160laito str. 4, U\u017elied\u017eiai, Kaunas district, LT-54304 Lithuania.<\/p>

      2.4. The returned product must be undamaged, free of mechanical damage, without loss of commercial appearance, with all previous labels, quality certificates, in proper original packaging, not used. In case of defects in the goods or their packaging, if the goods show signs of wear, as well as if the goods are defective due to improper use, mechanical damage or other actions depending on the Buyer, the sales contract can\u2019t be canceled and the Seller has the right not to accept Buyer money. In this case, the Buyer has the right to withdraw the goods from the Seller.<\/p>

      2.5. The Buyer who refuses the sales contract shall be refunded all money paid for the goods, excluding the costs of delivery of the goods to the Buyer and return to the Seller, if the goods are returned before the deadline and meet the requirements of Clause 2.4 of the Rules.<\/p>

      2.6. The cost of returning the goods must be borne by the Buyer.<\/p>

      2.7. Upon receipt of the returned goods, the Seller shall transfer the money to the Buyer’s bank account specified by him only after checking the returned goods.<\/p>

      2.8. At the request of the buyer, the Product may be replaced within another 14 days from the delivery of the Product to the Buyer, if the Product is returned unused, with the original packaging, undamaged and with the attached purchase confirmation. In case of exchange, the product can be exchanged only for an identical (in terms of price) product.<\/p>

      2.9.
