1. Terms of return of goods:

2. Return rules:

2.1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase and sale agreement concluded in the online store with the Seller by notifying the Seller in writing within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods.

2.2. The Buyer must submit a notice to the Seller by e-mail: baltijosgintaras@gmail.com, which would include:

2.4. The returned product must be undamaged, free of mechanical damage, without loss of commercial appearance, with all previous labels, quality certificates, in proper original packaging, not used. 2.5. The Buyer who refuses the sales contract shall be refunded all money paid for the goods, excluding the costs of delivery of the goods to the Buyer and return to the Seller, if the goods are returned before the deadline and meet the requirements of Clause 2.4 of the Rules.

2.6. The cost of returning the goods must be borne by the Buyer.

2.7. Upon receipt of the returned goods, the Seller shall transfer the money to the Buyer’s bank account specified by him only after checking the returned goods.

2.8. At the request of the buyer, the Product may be replaced within another 14 days from the delivery of the Product to the Buyer, if the Product is returned unused, with the original packaging, undamaged and with the attached purchase confirmation. In case of exchange, the product can be exchanged only for an identical (in terms of price) product.

2.9. The right to withdraw from the sales contract does not apply if the product has been manufactured or adapted according to the Buyer’s order.
