Purchase and sale rules

We strive to make the shopping process in our e-shop http://amberwithsilver.com smooth, so we have prepared these purchase and sale rules. They conveniently set out clearly all the most important provisions, setting out the rights, obligations of both parties and describing the stages of the procurement.

  1. General provisions:

1.1. These Rules of Purchase and Sale of Goods (hereinafter the “Rules”) are a legal document binding on the parties, which establishes the rights and obligations of the Buyer and UAB Silver Amber (hereinafter the “Seller”), conditions of acquisition and payment for goods, delivery and return procedures. , the liability of the parties and other provisions related to the purchase and sale of goods in the e-shop.

1.2. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that he agrees with these Rules by checking the box.

1.3. The Seller reserves the right to change, amend or supplement these Rules at any time, taking into account the requirements established by legal acts. Changes are posted on this page.

  1. Purchase of goods:

2.1. The buyer has the right to buy the goods e. in the store http://amberwithsilver.com, in accordance with the requirements established in these Rules and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

2.2. After visiting the online store http://amberwithsilver.com, the buyer selects the desired goods by forming a shopping cart.

2.3. A sales contract is concluded for each order and stored in the online store.

2.4. The agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment when the Buyer forms a shopping cart in the online store, indicates the delivery address, chooses the payment method, and after reading these Rules, click the „Place order” button.

2.5. When ordering goods, the buyer must provide the data requested at the time of purchase: name, surname, address, mobile phone number, e-mail address.

2.6. By placing an order, the Buyer agrees that the personal data entered by him will be processed for the purposes of order execution.

2.7. The buyer is fully responsible for the accuracy of the data provided at the time of purchase.

2.8. The buyer must keep his login details to the online store and not disclose them to third parties. All actions performed using the Buyer’s data are considered performed by the Buyer, and the Buyer assumes full responsibility for the actions performed using his login data.

  1. Payment for goods:

3.1. All product prices in the e-shop http://amberwithsilver.com are quoted in euros and US dollars, including VAT.

3.2. After confirming the order, the Buyer pays for the goods and their delivery costs in the chosen way.

3.3 Payment for goods in the e-shop http://amberwithsilver.com can be made using Stripe, Paypal systems or by making a bank transfer to the company account specified at the time of purchase.

3.4. Payment is deemed to have been made from the moment the funds are actually credited to the Seller’s bank account.

3.5. The Buyer is informed about the accepted order by e-mail by letter confirming the order.

3.6. If the buyer fails to pay the order and its delivery costs within 48 hours, the order is canceled.

  1. Delivery of goods:

4.1. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods to the address specified by the Buyer.

4.2. Delivery in Lithuania can take up to 5 working days, and abroad – up to 30 days.

4.3. In Lithuania, goods are delivered via Lithuania post office, LP express and DPD couriers or LP express and DPD Pickup parcels. Goods are delivered abroad via Lithuania post office, DPD or DHL couriers.

4.4. When placing an order, the Buyer must provide the exact delivery address, the mobile phone number required to contact the courier, and other important information required to complete the order (for example, the stair door code number).

4.5. The Goods must be accepted by the Buyer himself or by a person specified as the Consignee (if the Buyer and the Consignee are different persons).

4.6. During the delivery of the goods, the Buyer must check the condition of the consignment and the goods and sign the delivery-acceptance document of the consignment, which confirms that the consignment has been handed over in the correct condition.

4.7. If he notices that the packaging or goods of the delivered consignment are damaged, the Buyer must mark this in the delivery-acceptance document of the consignment to the signature. If the Buyer fails to perform these actions, the Seller is released from liability against the Buyer for damage to the goods, if the basis for the occurrence of such damage is not a factory defect.

4.8. In all cases, the Seller is released from liability for violation of the terms of delivery of goods, if the goods are not delivered to the Buyer or are not delivered on time due to the fault of third parties or circumstances depending on the Buyer.

  1. Description of goods:

5.1. All e. the specifications of the goods sold in the store http://amberwithsilver.com are indicated in the description of each goods.

5.2. The display of the goods in the e-shop depends on the settings of the specific computer, so the image displayed on the screen may not correspond to the actual colors, size or shapes of the goods. Also, the goods we offer are made exclusively of natural amber, and each piece of amber is unique, so it is impossible to extract completely identical products. This is not considered a defect in the product or a non-compliance with the description.

5.3. Upon receipt of the product, the Buyer must immediately inspect it, check its quality and make sure that the product is free of defects. If the delivered product does not meet the quality requirements, the Buyer must contact e. the contacts of the store indicated in the „Contacts” section, indicate the defect of the product and provide photos proving it.

5.4. Defects in the goods are eliminated, low-quality goods are replaced or returned in accordance with the requirements of the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania. In all cases, the Buyer must submit a document confirming the purchase of the goods from the Seller.

  1. Maintenance of goods:

6.1. Amber jewelry requires proper care and storage conditions.

6.2. We inform the Buyers that due to contact with each other or other surfaces the products may scratch, therefore we advise to keep them separate from each other, avoid contact with sharp surfaces, chemicals, protect from shocks and mechanical damage, sudden changes in temperature, heat, chlorinated or salt saturated water.

6.3. We recommend that you do not leave the products in direct sunlight.

6.4. Articles, especially if not worn or stored in a damp room, can change their color and oxidize.

6.5. The specified changes are not considered to be defective.

6.6. In order not to damage the surface, jewelry must be cleaned with special materials and tools.

6.7. The buyer must always handle the purchased amber products with care. In some cases, a cracked amber pebble may be irreparable. UAB Silver Amber is not responsible for the customer’s improper actions when using the Baltic amber product after its purchase.

  1. Final provisions:

7.1. These rules of purchase and sale of goods have been drawn up in accordance with the laws and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

7.2. Any disagreement arising from the implementation of these rules shall be settled by negotiation. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be settled in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
